The winning design will be put into actual production, becoming a special edition shell for the EJEAS X10, allowing your creativity to accompany riders worldwide on every journey they conquer.

II. How to Participate (In 3 Simple Steps)
The participation process is simple and straightforward. Just follow these three steps for your chance to become an official EJEAS designer!

Step 2: Unleash Your Creativity
Create your design using any software you prefer, inspired by one of the following themes. You can also watch the design tutorial on the official website for guidance before starting.

Step 3: Submit Your Entry
Please ensure your submission includes ALL of the following components:
Design Draft: Format must be JPG or PNG, dimensions 1000×1000px, and file size must not exceed 5MB.
Design Concept: Briefly explain the inspiration and story behind your design in 200 words or less.
Creator Information: Your personal contact details, including country code + your phone number (must be accessible on WhatsApp). You may also include a link to your main social media profile. This information will be uploaded via the official form link and is crucial for our EJEAS officials to contact you if you are selected as a winner.

III. Campaign Timeline
Submission Period: November 1, 2025 – November 30, 2025
Public Voting & Expert Review Period: December 1, 2025 – December 5, 2025
Winners Announcement: December 10, 2025. Results will be announced simultaneously on this official website and our global official social media platforms.
IV. Judging Criteria & Awards
Judging Mechanism:
The final results will be determined by a combination of public voting (60%) and EJEAS expert panel review (40%). During the voting period, each user can cast one vote per day for their favorite entry in the comments section of the official campaign Facebook page.

V. Important Terms & Conditions
Originality:All entries must be the original creation of the participant and must not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Any entry found to be plagiarized or infringing will be immediately disqualified, and the participant will bear all legal liability.
Copyright: The complete intellectual property rights for all shortlisted and winning entries (including but not limited to copyright, modification rights, and usage rights) will be permanently and irrevocably transferred to become the sole and exclusive property of the EJEAS brand. EJEAS reserves the right to develop, modify, produce, sell, and promote the entries in any form, without further notice or additional compensation.
Prize Collection: Cash prizes will be distributed via PayPal. After the winners are announced, it is mandatory for winners to provide a valid PayPal account to facilitate the transfer.
Final Interpretation Right: EJEAS brand reserves the sole and final right to interpret all aspects of this campaign.
