How can I verify that the equipment is genuine?
The authenticity of the device can be verified via the EJEAS APP.
How much does it cost for shipping?
Free shipping is available for most areas on orders over $50. Additional charges may apply to remote areas. You can also choose a courier service, which will incur an extra fee.
How long does it take to receive the goods after purchase?
The average delivery time is 6-15 business days, but may take longer in some areas. If you prefer to have it shipped by courier (around 5 business days), please contact me before placing your order, as this may incur additional charges.
What is your warranty policy?
The devices have a Warranty Period of only ONE (1) year from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of this product.

Can your intercom be used with other brands intercom?
Different brands and models of intercom may differ in frequency, encoding, and power. While they can theoretically be paired, issues such as reduced communication distance, decreased sound quality, limited functionality, and Bluetooth version incompatibility may occur.
We recommend using similar products in combination whenever possible. This ensures optimal communication performance and stability, and fully utilizes the product's features.
I use the product as a referee. I’ve used it with several people. The speaker is too big and creates soreness in the ear. After an hour, my and the other’s ear started to hurt. Had to stop using it.
The item is way overpriced. This is a $7-10 item at the most.
The positive about it was the communication quality was as acceptable.
At the current price, I do NOT recommend buying this item.
The headphones hold steady as long as the cord hangs down in front of the shoulders. If the cord is behind the ear there is not enough pressure to keep the headphone in place.
